Lorenzo Badie

President

Lorenzo Badie is the founding partner of Badie Development Corp. Lorenzo has over 15 years of real estate investment, development, and operational experience throughout the Southeastern United States. Over the course of 15 years, he has structured, raised, syndicated, sold, and financed several million dollars in commercial real estate deals. Lorenzo actively oversees the strategic vision behind the company’s multiple business platforms, investment decisions, capital market relationships and execution of its portfolio.

Viante Fruit

Vice President

Viante Fruit is Badie Development Corp’s Vice President. He is directly responsible for executing capital transaction strategies including arranging all debt and equity at the project level while coordinating with third party leaders in development, construction, and property management with a view of maximizing return on project investment. Prior to joining BDC, Viante worked in the debt & equity group at a boutique real estate investment banking firm, where he was involved in the execution of over $75 million in debt and equity investments. His experience and education span real estate development, finance, construction, legal, land use planning and policy. Mr. Fruit earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from Cleveland State University
